ELI Assessment and Debrief Sessions

The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors and overall leadership capabilities. The ELI forms the initial launching point for your leadership development, by providing you with a baseline for your current level of awareness, performance, and effectiveness. You progress through a debriefing and orientation process that then enables you to plan your development roadmap.

You’ll understand the concept of levels of energy, and how they are related to leadership excellence. You’ll then learn how to make adjustments to present yourself in a way that inspires greatness in others. The ELI can be done individually, in the form of 360 feedback system, and as a group assessment.

360° Feedback System

The 360° Feedback System is a process by which multiple people you interact with rate you according to their observation of you.  Afterwards, in a debrief, we look at the combination of results of all raters and the comparison of how you rated yourself. Typically, the more raters you select the more accurate picture you’ll receive. 360s are very popular in corporate America. By doing a 360, you will understand how others see you and how well your intentions and image is coming across. Most importantly, the information you receive from your raters offers you many opportunities to improve your performance on the job, as well as to improve the relationships themselves.

Team ELI Assessment

Having your team or group take the ELI assessment provides insight into their individual results, as well the overall group perspective. Through the debrief process, individuals gain a greater awareness of their default leadership tendencies and the team gains insight on how to work together to engage one another, other groups/teams and customers.
